Custom projects

All custom projects are designed and printed based on the details we agree together. Please make sure any measurements, requirements, or references you provide are accurate.

Pricing & payment

Prices for custom work will be agreed before any work starts. Payment may be required upfront or in stages depending on the project.

Lead times

Estimated turnaround times will be provided where possible. These are best estimates and may vary depending on workload, design changes, or material availability.

Changes & approvals

You'll have the chance to review designs before printing where appropriate. Any major changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.

Returns & refunds

Because custom items are made specifically for you, refunds are not usually possible once work has started.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me and I'll do my best to put it right.

Safety & intended use

3D printed items are supplied for their intended purpose only, as discussed at the time of ordering.

Abstract 3D does not certify products for food safety, heat resistance, load bearing, or any specific compliance standards unless explicitly agreed in writing.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their intended use and to use it safely and appropriately.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, designs created by Abstract 3D remain our intellectual property. You're welcome to use your printed item for personal or business use.

Liability

Abstract 3D is not responsible for how printed items are used once supplied.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for:

• Use of the product
• Any modifications made
• Any damage or injury caused by misuse

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
